Outcomes
Data-based design
We used existing user data and journey mapping to design a user experience that inspired and educated web visitors.
The new UX encouraged farmers to better understand the RSPCA Approved Scheme and join the initiative. It also aimed to connect with consumers and influence their buying behaviours through education on the scheme.
We employed strong visual cues through animation & design to draw users into the messaging, information and impact across the site.
Digital storytelling
To celebrate the 25-year milestone, we wanted to showcase the incredible impact that scheme has had since its inception through an immersive page.
The campaign page took users on a journey through information while also allowing them to dive deeper into the content areas they were interested in.
We used animation, sound and scroll effects to add emphasis to impact metrics. Content educated the user on the importance of the scheme and detailed its history in Australia. Together, the content and design built trust with the user and created a meaningful brand experience.
Things we learned along the way
Websites need to evolve with your business.
Orgs such as RSPCA Approved evolve their message, focus and target audience as they grow and their websites should do the same. What’s right today might not be right in following years; digital is never set & forget.
.
Technology can add emotion to data.
We created an immersive digital experience for the Impact page that told a story through statistics. Invest in making your website feel emotive and interactive to really engage your audience.
