The challenge

Erica was already a well established photographer in her home town of Perth with an amazing portfolio of work behind her. However her web presence was dated and did nothing to show off her stunning work. It was up to us to change that. We had to come up with a new brand and logo, and then follow that through her collateral and finally to a custom WordPress site with blog.

The solution

A sparkly new metallic logo to start with – including a custom emblem – which would really “speak” her brand to potential clients. Then a website design and build to back that up. We pulled out the big guns bringing¬†Erica’s gorgeous work to centre stage with full screen images creating impact as soon as you enter the site. The simple and clean site design pulls the metallic gold from the logo in to the site. We made sure that although we wanted the site to be as beautiful as the photos it had to be easy to navigate and use. Simple but effective galleries (that Erica can easily update herself) make it easy for potential clients to view her work. The blog is designed as another way to showcase weddings and shoots in more detail with social sharing and commenting included.

WHAT WE LOVE

The stunning home page of full screen images and the gold element throughout the design.

FEEDBACK

“I’m still completely in love with my website after 6 months! It reflects my brand and personality perfectly. I get so many lovely comments from prospective customers telling me that they found it engaging and that it stood out from the rest. You were lighting fast at getting it live and I loved that! With the combination of my new logo design you did for me, the website design and functionality, I feel like I’ve finally been able to attract the right clients. Although I’m not too fussed about having great SEO, I have to admit, I also get a lot more google enquiries even though I’ve put in minimum effort with SEO! Overall, the process was so easy and efficient. Thank you so very much.”
